Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Graduated with a major in Economics and Management from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics in 1994.

  • Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.): Received a Ph.D. in Economics and Management from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics in 2000.

  • Foreign Languages: Good command of Russian (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) and Intermediate proficiency in English.
