  • Bachelor’s Degree: Graduated with a degree in Law from School of Law, Vietnam National University, Hanoi in 1999.

  • Master’s Degree 1: Received a Master’s degree in Natural Resource Management from Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC), University of Twente, Netherlands in 2005.

  • Master’s Degree 2: Received a Master’s degree in Economics and Public Management from Vietnam-Belgium Master Program, National Economics University in 2009.

  • Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.): Received a Ph.D. in Development Economics from Development Strategy Institute, Ministry of Planning and Investment in 2014.

  • Advanced Political Theory: Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (2019 – 2021).

Foreign Languages

  • English: Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (completed two Master’s programs taught entirely in English).

  • 2000 – 2005: Lecturer and Vice Head of Department of Law and Economics (2005–2006), Faculty of Business Administration, Vietnam National University of Forestry.
