A scientific research paper titled “The Study Compares The Satisfaction Of Lecturers With The Facilities Of Non-Public Universities” has been officially published in the Pakistan Journal of Life and Social Sciences (PJLSS). The study was co-authored by Dr. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen (Faculty of Business Administration 1 – PTIT) and colleagues from various educational institutions.
PJLSS is an international peer-reviewed journal indexed in the Scopus database (Q4 ranking in Social Sciences and Humanities).
Using a mixed-methods approach (combining qualitative and quantitative research), the team analyzed survey data from 250 lecturers currently teaching at non-public universities in Hanoi. Through statistical techniques including T-tests and ANOVA variance analysis via SPSS software, the study provides practical and meaningful insights into how lecturers perceive the facilities dedicated to teaching and research in the private higher education sector.

An excerpt from the research paper by author Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen and co-authors.
Key Research Findings:
-
No statistically significant differences in satisfaction levels were found based on the gender, academic discipline, or income levels of the lecturers.
-
Significant differences in satisfaction emerged across different age groups, particularly within the 35–45 age bracket.
Based on these findings, the authors propose strategic recommendations to help non-public universities upgrade their working environments, thereby enhancing educational quality and improving faculty retention.
The publication of this study in a Scopus-indexed journal reflects the strong research capabilities of the Faculty of Business Administration 1 members. It further affirms the Faculty’s strategic focus on applied scientific research within the fields of management, education, and human resource development.
