To enhance students’ ability to apply academic knowledge to real-world scenarios and help them build a solid professional mindset, the Faculty of Business Administration has partnered with reputable enterprises to arrange internship opportunities for E-Commerce students. This semester, a group of students under the guidance of Dr. Nguyen Thuy Dung, a lecturer at the Faculty of Business Administration, gained valuable practical experience at Nhanh.vn Joint Stock Company—a pioneer in providing e-commerce store operations solutions for thousands of merchants nationwide.

At Nhanh.vn, students worked directly in the Ecomcare department, which specializes in Shopee store management services—a field requiring a deep understanding of both technical platforms and consumer behavior. Moving beyond basic tasks like uploading products or responding to customer messages, the students participated in specialized operational stages, including product content optimization, SEO keyword research and implementation, Flash Sale management, and executing Shopee Ads campaigns. This opportunity allowed students to apply their specialized knowledge while developing strategic thinking and collaboration skills in a professional work environment.

Under the dedicated guidance of Mr. Nguyen Hai Linh, the Project Manager, the interns approached tasks in a structured, accessible, and practical manner. Serving as both a professional mentor and an inspiration, Mr. Linh’s approachable demeanor, dynamic working style, and high sense of responsibility helped students quickly adapt and confidently handle their assigned duties.

Additionally, students learned extensively from Mr. Nguyen Xuan Anh, the Sales Director, who demonstrated meticulousness and precision in business matters while remaining highly open and humorous outside of working hours. The friendly, professional, and teamwork-driven culture at Nhanh.vn played a key role in making the students feel encouraged, motivated, and capable of personal growth every day.

Interning at Nhanh.vn has not only given me a deeper insight into e-commerce operations but also taught me how to work effectively in a corporate environment, collaborate with a team, and maintain a positive attitude. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Nguyen Thuy Dung and all the lecturers in the Faculty of Business Administration for connecting us with the business and enabling us to have such a valuable, real-world experience,” one student shared.

Through corporate internship activities, students not only have the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge to actual jobs but also develop essential soft skills, familiarize themselves with corporate culture, and clearly define their future career paths. This remains one of the core training strategies that the Faculty of Business Administration constantly emphasizes: bridging the gap between theory and practice, university and industry, to ensure that students can learn, understand, and achieve comprehensive development.
