In 2026, the Faculty of Business Administration 1 continues to strengthen its quality assurance mechanisms, standardize data and evidence, and enhance the transparency and traceability of academic program improvement activities.
Preparations for the QAA assessment are conducted not only by completing the self-evaluation document but also by reviewing how quality processes operate in practice. The core focus is to demonstrate the linkage among policies, implementation, outcomes, feedback, and improvement actions.
Key Focus Areas of the Faculty
-
Reviewing the SED and Evidence Systems: Ensuring that data is consistent, sourced, and traceable.
-
Completing Evidence: Finalizing evidence regarding course management, Quality Assurance Team activities, stakeholder engagement, and the tracking mechanism for improvement actions.
-
Standardizing Action Logs and Dashboards: Tracking actions from initiation to completion, verification, and closure.
-
Expanding QA Communication: Increasing communication regarding quality assurance activities to students, faculty members, alumni, and industry partners through official channels.
-
Refining Direct Assessment Mechanisms: Continuing to improve direct program learning outcome assessment mechanisms, student progression/completion data, and data-driven improvement evidence.
Quality Assurance is a Shared Responsibility
The Faculty determines that students, faculty members, alumni, industry partners, and supporting units all play a role in the quality assurance cycle. Feedback is not only collected but also analyzed, translated into actions, and reported back to stakeholders regarding the changes implemented.
The Faculty Will Continue To:
-
Publish appropriate QA information on official channels.
-
Periodically update the progress and results of academic program improvements.
-
Maintain feedback mechanisms for stakeholders to contribute opinions and monitor results.
Information regarding quality assurance activities and academic program reviews will continue to be updated on the official websites and channels of the Faculty and the Institute.
