Pursuant to the Regulations on Talented Student Training issued under Decision No. 966/QĐ-HV dated June 11, 2025, by the President of the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT), the Faculty of Business Administration 1 hereby announces the selection process for students of Cohorts D2024 and D2025 to participate in the 2026 Talented Student Program.

I. Target Applicants

Full-time undergraduate students from Cohorts D2024 and D2025 majoring/enrolled in:

  • Business Administration

  • E-Commerce

  • Logistics & Supply Chain Management

II. Eligibility & Selection Criteria

  • Academic & Conduct Requirements: Cumulative GPA of 3.2/4.0 or higher, good moral conduct, and no disciplinary record.

  • Special Considerations: Applicants with a GPA below 3.2 may still be considered if they demonstrate exceptional achievements in academic performance, competitions, or scientific research.

  • Priority Candidates: Priority will be given to students holding academic/entrepreneurship/innovation awards, published research/scientific projects, or valid international English proficiency certificates.

III. Application Dossier

Applicants are required to submit:

  1. Application Form: Official application form for the Talented Student Program (using the template in Appendix 2 of the Regulations).

  2. Supporting Credentials: Scanned or copied evidence of achievements (if applicable), including certificates of awards, published research papers/scientific research project certificates, valid international English certificates, and other relevant documents.

  3. Personal Statement: A concise essay outlining your motivation and personal development orientation (approx. 150–200 words).
