With a training orientation closely linked to practice, the Faculty of Business Administration 1 (FBA1) at the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) constantly focuses on connecting students with reputable enterprises across various industries. This semester, a group of students under the direct guidance of Ms. Bùi Thị Nhung, an FBA1 lecturer, participated in an internship program at Aikomi Cosmetics and Chemical Joint Stock Company—one of the leading brands in Vietnam in manufacturing and distributing cosmetics, personal care, and household products.
The internship program at Aikomi moves beyond academic concepts, offering students a hands-on opportunity to gain field experience, hone their professional skills, and broaden their understanding of the corporate landscape.

Throughout their time at Aikomi, students actively participate in specialized activities including:
-
Exploring modern cosmetic manufacturing processes that adhere to strict quality standards.
-
Discovering brand-building and product development strategies, tracing the journey from initial concepts to market launch.
-
Gaining practical experience in marketing, market research, and distribution system management.
Under the dedicated guidance of Ms. Bùi Thị Nhung alongside solid support from the enterprise, the students have successfully applied theoretical knowledge to real-world tasks. At the same time, they have sharpened essential soft skills such as critical thinking, teamwork, and adaptability within a professional workspace.
Interning at Aikomi has not only helped me better understand business operations in the cosmetics industry but also enabled me to clearly define my future career path. I am deeply grateful to Ms. Nhung and the mentors at the company for always supporting us wholeheartedly,” one student shared
The internship program at Aikomi serves as a prime example of the educational orientation driving the Faculty of Business Administration 1: enhancing practical experiences, strengthening corporate partnerships, and comprehensively equipping students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes.
